As a Verizon Wireless user, I can tell you that they offer their customers great cell phone deals, and that my wireless connection with them have never dropped. Normally I get three cellular phones when I upgrade, one cellular phone for my wife, one wireless cellular for my child, and one cell phone for myself. We have a Verizon wireless Family Plan, and we save a lot of money on our wireless phone bill. I remember that shortly after we got our Verizon Wireless Phones upgrade a while back, my daughter’s cell phone was stolen at her school. I called the Verizon Wireless customer service line and they gave me very good instructions on how to report my daughter’s cell phone stolen and what not. This was very important to me because it showed me that they care for their clients, and that they have a lot of patience when dealing with customers.
